These terms apply to the use of this website and to transportation services arranged with Colossus Car Rental.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when Colossus Car Rental has explicitly agreed to it and communicated the agreed terms to you, typically via WhatsApp, phone or email.
Pricing
Prices shown or discussed are subject to vehicle availability, trip distance, duration and any additional services requested. Final pricing is confirmed with you before a booking is accepted.
Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup, drop-off and passenger information. Colossus Car Rental reserves the right to decline or cancel a ride where information provided is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful or impractical.
Vehicles and drivers
Vehicles are provided with a professional driver unless a self-drive arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing. Vehicle types may be substituted with an equivalent option if the requested vehicle is not available.
Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed with you before service is rendered. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Liability
Colossus Car Rental is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, security situations or road closures. We will make every reasonable effort to manage disruptions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
